Shipping Policy

  1. Section 1 - Shipping

     

    1. Shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout.
    2. We deliver across UAE only. In the event that we are unable to deliver an item to you, we will contact you directly and immediately refund you. If you're unsure, please inquire prior to placing your order.
    3. You will receive a confirmation email, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our Tracking Page here.
    4. Most items are dispatched within 24 hours. It will take up to 10-15business days for the delivery of your order within the UAE and 4-10 Working days to other countries . Please consider any holidays or other force majeure situations that might impact delivery times and extend our average delivery times by additional 14 business days.
    5. We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers between our carrier to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges.
    6. You will need your order number from your confirmation email when making an inquiry.
    7. ELECTRONIC products can only be shipped within UAE and Gulf Countries.

     

  2. Section 2 - Delivery

     

    1. We deliver our Products to all Countries and mainly UAE. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier
    2. Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 10 – 15 working days . UAE Delivery Fees will be a Flat Rate of AED: 10 and Delivery Fees outside UAE will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.
    3. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address (usually around 12 hours). Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
    4. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page.
    5. Not accepting the purchase is a violation of the agreement and the purchase will not be refunded.
